Le weekend that was....

Hmmm....

OK during the weekend I was....errr... flyering the Demeted Are Go gig at Camden Underworld, and then flyering the KM/DeathYob gig at the same venue the night after. I mjust admit that the kidies coming out of the DAM gig looked like they'd had A SHEDLOAD OF FUN! I reckon about 25% of them were covered near head to toe in stage blood. When I saw the first punk come out covered in stage blood I though "Oh! Oh! Looks like there was trouble!" but quickly kicked that idea into touch when I saw the others come rumbling out. Damn, the Underworld must've had a huge cleaning bill after that! *grin*

Oh yeah, punks are, invariably, EASIER to flyer than "goffs". Just thought I'd stick that thought out there.

Even so, I never got no sh1t of EITHER group, which surprised me as I usually get the sniffy/narky/head-up-arsey comment from some of the "goff" crowd about flyers. Not that night though. Maybe they were just totally blown away by Scott and his "Deathboy shuffle"! *grin*

Anyway, I made the usual "turn up at the start and see what the queue's like" thing. Ended up down the dev "for a few" before flyering the out crowd, then afterwards I trundled on down to the London Stone where goff shmuter purveyr extraordinaire ravenstoker was hosting kryptorium. Said "Hello" to djpsyche, reddragdiva and arkady and.. well a few others.

I think I overdid the alcohol. Have to remember I can't drink like I used to be able to :(

Anyway, that finished.. headed home, got home.. examined navel, went to bed.. woke up... yadayadayada
